Outreach at FBC

Serving those in need and ministering to those outside the walls of the church is an essential part of FBC Wallingford. The church has led countless mission efforts over the past 30+ years, both overseas, here in the United States, and right here in our community.

Get Involved with FBC Outreach!

Come get involved in being the hands and feet of Jesus with the Dominican Republic Mission Team (started right here at FBC Wallingford over 35 years ago!), and many local mission opportunities!

Here are more specifics on these special mission opportunities:

Dominican Republic Mission Team - volunteer trips take place in January and also in June/July. There are many sponsorship opportunities to support the students at the Joe Hartman School, mobile medical clinics, food distribution, El Buen Samaritano Hospital, Centro de Protesis Clinic, and much more. Questions? Contact John Powers or Aimee Powers.

Wallingford Emergency Shelter - come serve with FBC volunteers and prepare meals for those in need through the Wallingford Emergency Shelter. Contact Sandy Drozd for more details or with any questions.

Master's Manna - support this local food pantry that serves over 400 local families each week! Non-perishable items are needed . . . drop off at the church in Fellowship Hall. See Cindy Holland-Toftness or email Cindy Rusate for more information.
