FBC Leadership

First Baptist Church has teams of Coaches and Elders who prayerfully serve and lead various ministries. Elders are primarily responsible to pray for the church and its ministries, see God's vision and leading, and encourage the leadership team.

Coaches are leaders who emphasize a team approach to ministry, thus the term "Coach". By God's grace, each Coach has the joyous privilege of leading their teams into effective ministry for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the growth of His church. Current Coaches include Jay Jordan (Head Coach), Liz Davis (Administration), Cathy Copas (Fellowship), Cindy Rusate (Outreach), Jim Wood (Worship), and Sarah Sanford (Discipleship).
